Skill Testing

Applicants undergo specific tests and evaluations tailored to their respective categories. Administrative candidates are assessed on skills such as word processing, spreadsheet usage, data entry, while general labor applicants are evaluated on Math, Reading (English), Writing (English), Manual Dexterity, GMP and WHIMS. Those who excel in these assessments, meeting our agency's standards, are selected for suitable placements.

 

These evaluations also include eligibility to work and physical condition.

Transportation

We provide transportation services with our fleet of vans and dedicated drivers to facilitate employee commutes to the workplace. Recognizing the importance of punctuality in business operations, our drivers are instructed to ensure employees arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled shifts, leaving no room for errors.

Replacements

We understand that efficiency is integral for any workplace and so if our client feels that the employee is unsuitable for the job, they can request for a replacement within two hours from the shift start time. Clients will not be charged to the number of hours worked by a person who is found unsuitable for the job.

Our quick-response team promptly addresses client concerns and handles replacement issues efficiently, and is available by phone 24/7.

Background Checks

As we strongly value the security and safety of our clients, we offer criminal background checks done by appropriate authority upon client request. Only those with a clean criminal record will proceed to placements.

Taxation

We cover all government liabilities such as Employment Insurance (EI), Canadian Pension Plan (CPP), Workers Safety Insurance Coverage (WSIB), and Health tax.

Holidays & Vacation

We cover payment of statutory holidays; it is also included in our quotation. We cover vacation pay, 4  percent vacation pay is paid depending on the amount of hours worked.

Overtime 

If an employee has worked more than 44 hours a week, then payment will be made at one and a half times, making sure that it does not exceed more than 60 hours a week as per rules.

Candidates are also skill tested and evaluated to make sure they meet the comprhenssion level and technical skill of the role.

Candidate Selection & Onboarding

After we have carefully selected the most qualified individuals for the position, onboarding for their new role begins. The selected candidate receives a comprehensive job outline, detailing their role, duties, work hours, responsibilities, and other important information.

 

On their first day of work, our agency ensures a smooth arrival at the workplace, setting the stage for a seamless integration.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we proactively follow up with our clients one week after the placement.
